Welcome to our journey. The purpose of my blog is not only to journal our life experience, but also to share what God is doing in our lives. I do not claim to be an expert in parenting, marriage, or even the Bible. But I do have a heart to share my experiences and the true love that God has for each and every one of us. You can read our testimony by clicking on the top of the page. And if you'd like to know about the Homeless Ministry my husband started, you can click on the Homeless tab. I hope you will comment freely on my posts and in my community.

For my husband...

Here's what I appreciate about you...

  • Your love for the Lord.
  • The way you love our children.
  • The way you make me feel.
  • How you can make me laugh...even when I'm trying to be mad at you.
  • You are a hard worker.
  • Your dedication and how you love the men that most people have discarded.
  • You are almost always the first to say you're sorry.
  • You are one to offer help to those who need it.
  • You put my worm on my hook for me.
  • You take my fish off my hook for me.
  • You help with laundry and you'r actually getting pretty good at it. :)
  • You are funny!
  • You are adventurous.
  • Did I say the way you love our children?
  • You are there for everything.
  • You're silly and always willing to play with the kids.
  • You help around the house...you even wash floors and scrub toilets.
  • You can talk me into just about anything.
  • You are handsome and strong.
  • I feel safe when I'm with you.
  • You spoil me!
  • You are dedicated.
  • You're smart.
  • I love you!!!!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year baby!  God is so good and so faithful!  I'm blessed to call you my husband.

Love,
Chris

  5. I just had to comment on this as I have only found ONE man, my significant other, that can make my laugh when I am SOOOO mad at him...I think it is a sure sign that that person is the one. Sigh, I just wish I didn't have to laugh EVERY time he tries...it makes it so hard to stay mad at him. :)
